They tried charging $85 dollars for a free trial and did not out anywhere where it’s clear that they would!
On top of that I tried just making a regular order for just a matched foundation shade and it tried putting 35 dollar concealer in my cart also. I JUST WANT THE DAMN FOUNDATION!!! And trying to contact someone about it has me about pulling my hair out!!!

This company is a scam they charge your account even after you send back the product
This is not legit company it's a scam the makeup is not good quality and when you send back the product and cancel the subscription they still charge your account even after they say they will do a total 100% refund. This is a scam

Want to return trial make-up
The color match is great. However, it does nothing beyond that for me.
My BB cream does a much better job. Perhaps if I were in my twenties, this would be perfect.

Cancelled subscription but keep getting billed

They charged my account $134 even after I sent back the product and cancelled the transaction.
I bought the product and my account was charged $134. I sent back the product they refunded me my money then charged me another $134.
This is a scam I would not recommend this company. Don't scam your customers

Count get through to custumer service from the phone numer you provided
I was calling because i updated my paynent infornation wanred to know if they can send my foundation on the scheduled shipping date or is it still gonna delay my shipping date

It's not a good fit for me. It does not cover my pores & sets deep into fine lines.
And it's difficult to speak to someone. What is offered is a questionnaire that has limited answers that you have to choose from.

The reason being that I was charged over $150 for what if it’s for the product another product doesn’t cost $150 that’s why I’m pissed
I was charged way over $150 and all the product doesnt cost that much and it took a while to get response. Yeah Im not happy. I think people should really read the fine print.
