Unauthorized Charge of $85.88 USD – Assistance Needed
Hello,
I noticed a charge of $85.88 USD on my account from Il Makiage that I did not expect or authorize. I did not knowingly enroll in any subscription or auto-replenishment program, and I was not informed that I would be charged this amount.
Could you please explain why this charge was made and provide a detailed breakdown?
If this was an error, I kindly request a refund and confirmation that no future charges will occur.

Resolved: Fraudulent charge
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
I have been attempting to explain to your customer service team that the last order was charged on an unauthorized account.
Somehow your system brought up a relatives account and charged it. They are about to call their attorney to begin a class action lawsuit against the company's business practices.
Yes, I attempted to stop the order; but it still went through... and YOU Charged an account that was never provided to you to use.
Please correct this before it becomes a much larger issue.

Trying to find a package
I need a tracking number for my order. I believe it's at the post office because someone had to sign for it.
Also, it ended up being shipped to a friend's address, and I didn't notice till it was too late. The address was 699 West Broadway, Apartment 12, Lawrenceburg, KY 40342.

Fraudulent charge on credit card
This company charged a PayPal account that was not mine. They did not have permission to use that account.
Instead of reaching out to verify which credit card to use, they had AI find an account and used it.
I have been sending emails to them to correct this, and they respond with, 'It is too late for you to return the item.' Look, if your team does not know how to read, please teach them. Your company has committed fraud.

Preferred solution: Reverse the account that they fraudulently charged. If they do it quickly... I would provide a card for them to charge.

I cannot reach anyone. I was given a code and then I entered it to phone...but no one picks up. OMG,,this is too miuch!...all over make up!
I want to speak to a human. And I do not want to have to pay for it by entering my credit card number.

User's recommendation: Do not order from this company or you will fall into the ranks of their Pissed Customer group. They send out makeup when you just LOOK at the make up. I didn't place orders but I am send makeup. This unauthorized shipment deal they have going on gets costly and annoying!

Don't Buy From This Company
I bought my original order on October 8th. I received an email stating my order was going to be late and they gave me a $15 off coupon that I used on another order for plumping lip gloss, mascara, lip pencil and another item I can't think of at the price of $85.
I most definitely wouldn't have bought the second item if I would have known I'd never get my original.
Plus once I cancelled my auto replenish prices went up 20%. So I would definitely go with Ulta or Sephora then this sorry company.

Never received order
No one answered when given the option to call customer service. This company is absolutely terrible and nothing but scam artists.
I should have just bought from Ulta. At least they have a telephone number for customers and an address for return's if you don't like the product and you don't have to wait 2 weeks for a refund.
Definitely would not recommend!!!

To talk to person on problems
No one will answer call provided you can even get a call to go through. The longer this goes the worse I feel about company.
Yo do not seem to be reliable. If this continues I will report to better business bureau and stop charges at bank

Thought my subscription was canceled. I was sent another order I did not want.
Customer Service call disconnected.
Can't cancel online or can't remove card on file. Online inability cancel anything. To return it have to print a label.
I have no printer. My entire experience has been ridiculous and difficult.

I started a free trial and canceled my subscription, so I am not charged every month. I do not wear makeup often, and I do not like the product as much.
I've just noticed that IL Makiage has been charging my account and sending those shipments to the wrong address. I moved and relocated as of March. I tried to cancel through the online website account, and there is no option to do so. This is their way of trapping people for commitment without a contract.
I do not consent to these charges.
I want a full refund and for this company to no longer contact me thereafter! Also, none of the customer service numbers work.

Cancel Orders
Definitely don't use iL Makiage. You can't contact by phone if there is a issue which there seems to be an issue all the time. Be warned I'll never use these people again especially since I never received the product to begin with.
They have not even had my order for less then 7 hrs and they don't give you any way to cancel your order.

I made an order for foundation with a 30-day trial, just paying shipping at this time. Instead, I was charged for the whole thing immediately. I am not happy and want to cancel my order and be refunded immediately.
