Verified Reviewer | Auburn, New YorkI accidentally ordered lastnight by mistake thinking it was a gift for $6 and now there is a pending charge also for $88. I don’t want the product to even try for 14 days.
Just dont send the product so the pending charges can go back into my account. Im a single mother and I take Ubers to work. Oh and actually have a customer service person who we as customers can talk to someone!!!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
It started with a trial foundation service , along with 2 items missing, the package did have extra items given free as mystery gifts. I contacted them immediately about the missing items. At least 7 days passed they still has not sent out a replacement of missing items ,so I emailed them don't bother sending I'm canceling. 2 days later I get a tracking number (this is after it's canceled) the new package has the missing items and another color foundation.
So I logged back in and see they had started another trial date for me , I canceled and sent every item including the gifts back to them, even though it clearly stated to keep used trial products.
I wanted to be sure i had no further dealings with them but I was looking at my credit card statement and see I was changed$141 , I assumed they would refund when they got there used products back which only tried the foundation the rest were still new -unused but they can't tell so they probably trashed it all. My cc bill changed from $141 to $134 unless I was billed twice which I probably need To go back further statements to see if that is the case.

I received the foundation and it was clearly the wrong color. The tubes are marked with a simple sticker. I order #160. It wasn't close to that color.
It matched #140. I emailed the company back and forth numerous times explaining the situation, but their response was there was nothing they would do because I used a Gift card. This was not my fault, it was their error of sending the wrong marked color tube, so why should I be out $50 worth of product? The emails continued, 1 offered me $20 towards the purchase of a new one.
And another girl tried telling me it was my screen giving me a color difference. My reply to that is, if that's the case, EVERYONE ordering your foundation would be getting the wrong color. They have not responded back. I even created a picture showing how the colors didn't match at all and how it matched a different color perfectly.
I've used their makeup and creams in the past and have written nice reviews about their products, I then explained to them that I will be writing into Pissed Consumer just to give them a last chance to do the right thing. Plus gave them 12 hours, too. Didn't receive an email. All I want is the correct color (that matches the swatch on their website, of course).
If this allows me, I will attach the pic of proof that I emailed to them. All along I wanted to talk to Nicki who personally emailed me right after I placed my order, that says to contact her if the need arises. Well, that need arose, and no Nicki ever popped up. So now they're sending out FAKE literature to their people.
Who does this??? Why??

When I received the package, I immediately called the company,s customer service. I couldnt get in touch with anyone, So I texted for a code which I immediately entered , they said I took too long to enter, so I asked for a new code, four more times . I got same answer every time, very frustrating!

the primer is not that great, the And concealer is also too much white then my skin tone. After applying this product i got acne issue .

I have been trying to get a hold of your customer service since the beginning of August and have had absolutely no answer. I need to return an order and I have forgotten my password.
When I request the link to be sent to either login or change my password, I don't receive the secure email. I have tried about 30 times.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. And they finally cancelled one of the orders that I’ve been asking them to cancel.
1) There is one product I wanted cancel yet their "disable order" really meant disabling ALL of the auto replemishment orders in which makes ZERO sense.
And they won't refund me the order I want canceled. THIS ONE IS THE NIGHTMARE AND STILL NOT RESOLVED.
2) When I do want to order another product, the billing charges more than once - 2 orders for one product - I wanted the auto replemishment one in which was an upgrade with 30% off. Shouldn't be charged for 5...
- Waiting on response on that.
3) I got charged for an order I did not order. I requested it canceled and demanded refund of $220.41 - waiting on that.
Seriously, get the website FIXED for billing and orders as well as Auto Replenishment management.

Never heard from them. The number on my bank statement is a call directly to Verizon. I had my bank refuse all payments to Il Makiage in the future.

This company eludes to sending new products every quarter. I have not once received new products, rather the same foundation etc while I am still using the first bottle.
The products are quality, however I am Giving what Ive paid for away because Ive not completely used what I received initially. Customer service does not respond. I have contacted my bank and because it is a membership they cannot refund. The company must do that.
Chase has been instructed not to process further payments. I am requesting a full refund.

I LOVE THEIR PRODUCTS, but they are just a foolish company. For starters, you NEVER interact with a human.
Only bots. Their shipping and handling department must be managed by someone who has no active brain cells- 3 times I received products (blush, highlighter & bronzer) which were packed in an oversized box with no packing. They arrived unusable and damaged. Lastly, and my favorite, are their "free- gifts" which are not my color!
Ridiculous! What is one supposed to do with a blush, foundation or a lip product which does not match my skin.
They have a profile, for goodness sake!
Such a shame! I love their stuff, but it is not inexpensive and the hassle and annoyance is not worth it.

They have sent an email , that they will refund the money, which it's unfortunate the difficultly to converse with them while all in email format is good tracking it be much easier to speak with someone who is listening vs reading your messages.
Disagreed. Writing is always better and more binding than verbal conversations. Many people are lousy speakers, liars, and scammers who use the fast talk and no backup (the four corners of a contract) and some of us (self) are hard of hearing but well educated as to reading comprehension and prefer something concrete to hot air.
