Order issues
I just need someone to call me back because I'm having problems getting anyone to help me with my order issues and my defective product. I have not been able to contact anyone via phone or email.
This product was a try or buy but it came damaged and 90% EMPTY. It looks like a tester. Also, I'm having a lot of issues regarding subscription items being sent and an item I was charged for but never received.
Please call back during PST preferably between the hours of 9am to 11am if possible any day of the week. Thank you
Preferred solution: Refund on a product I didn't receive. Replacement product for the damaged product I received and a discussion regarding too many subscription items being sent too often.

Charge my card without knowing.
You charged my card three times. I don't want any of the makeup that I don't use at all.
I want my money back. Please call or send me an email confirming that you have received this.

They are sending me products and auto charging on my debit card!! I have been trying to get this issue resolved to no positive conclusion.
Phone contact 3 times to no avail. I think it is due to a language barrier. They keep sending me an auto response email and not looking at my specific account.

Stop Auto-Replenish Status
I love the product you have been sending. However, since Indo not use it every day, I have more than enough for now.
So, please stop the Auto-Replenish status of my order.
I do not have an order number because there was no paperwork with the order and the order number was cut off of the address label. I am not pissed at all.

There is no phone number for Ilmakiage. Im going to cancel after they reply as to these charges.Its impossible to talk to an actual person!

Cancellation of product
I had ordered 1 ONE I add of foundation to my order NOT a continuous subscription. I loved the covered but it was too drying and I didnt like the dull matte finish.
I found another foundation that had as good of coverage, but left me with a more hydrating fresh look that didnt settle in my imperfections. However, ill Mickiage after my bank, but I stopped payment on the company somehow managed to get into my bank account and keep charging my account!!! Caused me a lot of issues and I had to cancel my card. I was not happy..

This company lies about canceled subscriptions
Ive called and emailed the company about the fact that their makeup breaks me out. I have been assured twice of my cancellations only to receive the package anyway. Its very frustrating.

I cancelled for good and keep getting it! Pissed
I don't want this product anymore and I cannot get a hold of anyone to get this to stop!
Preferred solution: I cancelled it months ago. Still getting product and billed!!! You can't speak to anyone, every # is busy.... horrible customer service! Don't get product!

Misleading advertising
saw their advertising on Instagram and was encouraged to try the product. When I went to their website it said that they would only charge for shipping and that if after the trial period I decided to keep the product then the charge would be made for the cost of the same.
oh surprise they took both amounts from my card (shipping cost + Product cost) I tried to contact them immediately to cancel the order and I discovered that they do not have any way on their page to speak with a representative or a customer service phone number, Googling I get a customer service number which is out of service. This company is a fraud and I do not want to receive their product so I demand that they cancel my order.
