AN UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ONMY CHECKING ACCT
(side note--I'm broke because I have to pay $13k for a surgery to rebuild my neck. I have not been able to work)
Unable to rectify a situation timely. All the numbers I have called either do not answer, or there is a cheerful 'have a nice day' and they hang up. It may seem over the top, but with the anxiety about my surgery and what my life will be like afterward, it is enough to stress about. Too bad I can't add pain and suffering to the amount, LOL.
I am trying to reach someone to have the charge reversed. No luck so far. I will read more reviews; hopefully, I will find the info I need.
Mind you, I have always loved IL Makiage and Spoiled Child/Brat, whichever it is.

I canceled the subscription for this company. I had not received anything from them for months.
Then my card was charged $69.99.
I emailed them each time I saw that they had taken the money, and I emailed them several times before they sent the product. I have asked them for a refund, and I never heard anything from them about a refund.

Unhappy customer
After stopping my autoship 6 months ago they sent another unwanted order and billed my paypal account, when calling 3 different numbers..1 went to a bogus busy signal, 1 went to nothing and a third went to pissed customer! I do not recommend buying from this company unless you really like their products! Will send the product back and have already disputed the charge!!!

I attempted to call customer service, 703 775 ****. When call is connected an automated voice says, no one is available.
Then call is disconnected/hung up. There is no mention of call times and dates.
I will assume, there was no answer because it is Sunday,
THIS EXPERIENCE DOES NOT LEND ITSELF TO BRAND LOYALTY. I have shopped with and driven other business to Il Makiage. If I had to advise anyone now I would say, "products are great.
I love them---downside is on the business end I pray you never need customer service. And, oh yeah, keep an eye on your checking acct/credit card to be certain there aren't any unexpected charges.

I was charged too much money when I was only supposed to be charged $5.90. I was charged seventy-four dollars and some cents several times. Having problems canceling the order or getting hold of them.

Good coverage but cakey. Somewhat orange tone and comes off easily.
Also, I had already called to cancel my membership and was charged again, and another package came. Was wondering why I was short of making it till my next payment.
