Very unsatisfied. I always sent the wrong shade of foundation contacted p*** the customer to contact it d*** so I can exchange it for the correct color foundation, but I got no response.
They promised to give you the right color tone foundation, but mine was a little too light I. Needed a darker shade, and so I called.
Did you a refund and to get the proper shatas foundation? But I haven't heard anything from anyone yet.

Can’t SEEM TO TALK TO ANYONE
Not able to speak to a customer service representative.
I tried calling the customer service number 5 to 6 times LITERALLY, so I could cancel my subscription and receive a refund of my funds and the phone number each time was busy. FINALLY, on the last attempt the phone wasnt busy BUT NO KNE PICKED UP. I want to cancel my subscription and money refunded.
Items being added to my replenishment subscription without my permission.
This is the second time this has happened. Access to a live person who can expedite assistance and support while enthuse doesnt keep happening is non existent. I shouldnt have to try so hard and wait so long for customer service.
