I wish! The company would exist so I could solve my problem

I ordered along time ago! And didn't receive any product! I reached out to you as you see in the old emails that I didn't receive anything from you and me waiting for the cream had no results as you did not give me any options like what you are doing right now! and again now you charged me for something i didn't receive! I don't accept this from your company and I am sorry for myself that trusted you and shared my financial information so you can charge me everytime you want! I will email everyone possible,so they can come to you personally and track my unsatisfaction as a customer and share my views on every social media so they see your true companys values and missions, because if you are not able to fix my problem, then you are not qualified or trained properly by your company, and none of these reasons are my problem! They are fake company that are robbing people please don't trust this company with you financial information.. They are robbing me every month and not cancelling my subscription

No one will answer the phone so I can return an add on placed by mistake. Try to stop the order 2 minutes after placing it but told me it was already shipped which was a lie.

I asked for a refund and sent the product back. After I sent it with the label that the company created. I got an email much later saying I missed the return window. If they had said this up front I would have gifted the product to one of my friends. I would like my money back or the product. They offered a 50 dollar credit but the product is more then that
